Workspace Wednesday

Today I am making a stamp for some thank you cards. My posts are probably going to be pretty sparse in the next month or so...I'm spending every spare moment on a new project. But no details yet! For now this tiny cactus stamp will have to satisfy your curiosity!

In other news, I have an interview at Laumeier Sculpture Park Friday morning! I applied for their Art Camp Director position, preferably with campers ages 4-6. It just won't be summer if I'm not opening Capri Suns and elbow-deep in plaster gauze. Cross your fingers for me! I'm a seasoned art camp veteran...you really can't top 5 summers in a row. Really.

Also, my internship at Paper Boat Studios starts directly after my interview this Friday. I AM SO PUMPED. Hopefully the rest of the weekend is filled with green tea, cuddles and snowless highways.

Workspace Wednesday

Lately I've been having a lot of fun with pattern design. I've been looking at herbals, old Western photographs and Aztec patterns for inspiration. Since I set up what will from now on be referred to as the bedroom studio, I barely want to leave the desk!
