Last night I learned how to make my mom's perfect pie crust. Everyone always tells her how good her crust is, so it felt kind of special. This year we had Thanksgiving at our house for the first time and she asked me if I would make these tiny pumpkin pies. These pies are even tinier than the ones I made before; I made them in mini muffin tins! My mom had also requested more acorns for the event. I love them all together.
